1. Data we collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All information you enter — cycle dates, notes, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. If you delete the App, all associated data is permanently removed.

2. What we never do

• We never collect your name, email address, or any identifying information.
• We never share personal or health data with third parties or advertisers.
• We never sell your data. Ever.
• We never require an account to use the App.
• We never access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
• We never upload your cycle or health data to any server.

3. Anonymous analytics

To improve the app experience, we collect anonymous, non-identifiable usage events — such as which screens are viewed or which features are used. These events are completely stripped of personal information: they contain no names, no health data, no device identifiers, and cannot be linked back to you in any way.

This data is processed by PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics platform. PostHog only receives aggregated, anonymised event data.

4. Crash reporting

If the App crashes, we receive an automatic report containing technical information about the error — such as the type of crash, operating system version, and device model. This helps us fix bugs quickly. No personal data or health information is included in these reports.

Crash reports are processed by Sentry.

5. In-app subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to Know Her, your payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, which may receive anonymised purchase confirmation data from Apple.

7. Health data

Cycle and health data entered in the App is treated as sensitive personal information. It is stored only on your device and is never transmitted externally — not to our servers, not to any third-party service. Deleting the App removes all data permanently.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be published at this address with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
